1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ThorFinity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ThorFinity is a TikTok Live stream management tool that helps creators manage alerts, text-to-speech, overlays, and interactive features during live streams. The service connects to TikTok's platform via publicly available integrations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use ThorFinity for any purpose that violates TikTok's terms of service or applicable laws. You must not use the platform to spam, harass, or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Midtrans in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Midtrans accepts credit/debit cards, QRIS, bank transfers, and e-wallets. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Governing Law
